Happy New Year to all!!
To start the year off I have to tell a story of my mom and Dixie Lily.
When I was a lot younger there was a new years that mom had gotten our black eye peas, Dixie Lily as always, well about half the bag had bad peas in it, so mom wrote a letter to the company. One of the things she said was that when she was sitting on her mothers knee she was told she could always trust Dixie Lily. Well, not that year. A few months later, a Dixie Lily representative came to our door with a box of different Dixie Lily products, so nice of them. It wan’t so much that they brought us samples but that they cared and we kept, and expanded our using Dixie Lily products.
I am proud to announce that this year, as always, I bought my bags of Dixie Lily Black Eye Peas for my New Years and there was not a bad pea among them, thanks Dixie Lily. I am a third generation relying on Dixie Lily and will continue to do so for years to come. Also, thanks for the fun memory of my mom.
Just a note to some of you “Big” companies out there, take a lesson and put this type of customer service back in your play books.. just saying..
